Ernie is approx. 3 1/2 years old.  He came to us in the summer of 2005 with his cagemate Bert.  Ernie is a big lug!  He is very large and very mellow.  I swear he had no personality!  He doesn't play much, he just wanders aimlessly.  A very strange little man.  He is a late neuter and wasn't descented.  His scent gland gets plugged and we have to occasionally take him to the vet to have it released.  The vet thinks that Ernie is adrenal.  I haven't seen any signs to speak of, but that doesn't mean that he isn't.  I guess we will have to wait and see.
