Miss Mary came to our shelter in fall of 2005. She is approx. 5 years old.  Miss Mary was picked up as a stray.  She was found in someones garage, cornered by two pitbulls.  Miss Mary had some damage done to her from the dogs, but seems to have recovered from that physically.  She tends to cower when she hears any dogs barking now.  Miss Mary is adrenal, but that has no effect on her spunk. She is one spunky little gal. I have never met such a wonderfully odd ferret!  She is also one of the tiniest little furballs we have ever gotten in. We try to tell her that she is much too small for so much spunk, but, well, I think she believes she is larger than life!
